I love to teach Soul Restoration. There are so many reasons why I love to teach this material. The number one reason that I feel called to continue teaching this course is that of the light and love that I see shining in the eyes of the women who have gone through the curriculum that is shining brighter and deeper than it was when we began. Through the connections I’ve made in Soul Restoration workshops my belief in Sisterhood across the world has multiplied and intensified. There is so much love, power, and beauty all over the world.
Does that mean that your life has to be in a really sad place in order to reap the benefits of this course? NO! I believe that you already have inside of you every single thing that is good and that you need to be successful and to move forward in your beautiful adventure. I also know that as we are on our journey through life that experiences and expectations press upon us, sometimes so intensely that we can get mixed up in thinking that we need something outside of us to bring us joy or to make us valuable.
This work has brought me joy and hope when I’ve spent time in dark places with pain and hurt washing over me like strong waves. This work has also brought me love and light when I’m experiencing great seasons where I feel like I am learning and growing. Through Soul Restoration I love to witness other re-discovering the strength inside of them that has been buried and worn down. The original you is still in there and it is time to restore back to who you have always been.
I’ve had friends who joined my classes thinking that it’s an artsty-craftsy weekly get together. While there is a small amount of creative work that we do (with the option to do much more at home, and I hope you will because it is fun), the aim is to spend time in deep reflection, have active conversations in a safe place, and connect to other wonderful women. You will experience a guided meditation, challenging questions, uplifting experiences, soul deep commitments to yourself, and a lot of encouragement to journal about your emotions and experiences. I will facilitate the class in real time each week, whether we are meeting online or in person. I hope you join me!
